Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign, with direct ownership of patient throughput and service line performance work
• Experience building staffing, reimbursement, or patient throughput models used to brief hospital executives or health system leadership
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Develop models for patient throughput and bed utilization
• Design care pathway and clinical workflow redesign proposals
• Prepare hospital service line performance dashboards and related analysis decks
• Collaborate with hospital leaders and health system teams to communicate insights
