The role is fully remote with async collaboration. You will work with tools like n8n, Clay, Claude Code, and APIs to keep the engine running around the clock while maintaining high relevance and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Owned top of funnel and driven new meetings.
• Deep experience with one ICP and strong sales-cycle understanding.
• Ability to recall and interpret key metrics: volume, reply rate, booked rate.
• Proficiency in coding: SQL or Python is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own the outreach engine.
• Ingest, dedup, and enrich multiple sources into a clean spine.
• Develop targeting logic to identify ICP and optimal moments to reach out.
• Ensure data quality boosts key metrics and that the engine runs continuously.
