You will gather client feedback, report insights to management, and ensure records are up to date. Fluency in English and Arabic, strong communication, and CRM experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication.
• Proven experience providing customer service via chat, email and phone.
• Experience with CRM systems and data recording.

Responsabilités

• Deliver service and support to clients via live chat, email and phone, identifying problems and offering solutions.
• Contact clients to complete account verification and funding processes.
• Maintain relationships with high-value clients to ensure smooth business continuation.
• Collect client feedback and report insights to management for action.
• Keep client records up to date and document all guidance provided.
