Job summary

Eqvilent is seeking an experienced and proactive Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide technical support and administration in cloud and on-prem IT environments. You will support our employees across the Americas and Asia-Pacific, trouble... dual environments and support both technical and non-technical users.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication skills to work internationally.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in IT Support and Engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Professional proficiency in English.

• Handle and respond to employee support requests.
• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud and on‑premises infrastructure services.
