Job summary

The Optimal Group is seeking a Client Project Manager to drive new business and manage client relationships in the property maintenance and refurbishment sectors. You will own the client portfolio from enquiry to delivery, overseeing quotes, negotiations and supplier coordination.

You will use AI tools to streamline quoting, client communications and project planning, while maintaining high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction. Remote role with UK-aligned hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in property maintenance/refurbishment or related trade services.
• Proven track record winning work, converting quotes, or growing client accounts.
• Strong sales and relationship-building with ability to win new clients.
• Negotiation skills and understanding of pricing, costs and margins.
• Hands-on use of ChatGPT or similar AI tools to boost productivity.
• Curiosity for AI and willingness to learn evolving systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new clients via outbound sales and referrals.
• Convert inquiries into booked work with responsive proposals and follow-up.
• Build client relationships and be the trusted contact for properties.
• Generate new quote opportunities within existing accounts.
• Manage sales pipeline, quotes, and client revenue growth.
• Coordinate engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors for surveys and input.
