You will leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to improve quotes, communications and project delivery while continually expanding your trade knowledge and industry insights.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in property maintenance, refurbishment or related trade services business.
• Proven track record of winning work, converting quotes or growing client accounts.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills with confidence to approach new clients and develop repeat business.
• Excellent negotiation skills with solid understanding of pricing, costs and profit margins.
• Hands-on experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools to boost productivity.

Responsibilities
