Job summary

Optimal Group is seeking a Client Project Manager to win and manage new and existing client work within property maintenance and refurbishment. This remote role requires strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills, plus familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline quotes and communications.

You will own client relationships, coordinate engineers and suppliers, craft competitive quotes and oversee project delivery and invoicing to ensure profitable outcomes while supporting

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in property maintenance, refurbishment or closely related trade services business.
• Proven ability to win new clients and convert quotes or grow client accounts.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with confidence to approach new clients.
• Experience coordinating clients, engineers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Hands-on experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools and ability to improve productivity.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to learn evolving systems.
• Degree in any field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Win work and grow client accounts by outbound sales, referrals and networking.
• Convert inbound enquiries into booked work with responsive communication and proposals.
• Build strong client relationships and become the trusted point of contact.
• Generate new quote opportunities within existing accounts for maintenance and refurbishment.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors or suppliers for surveys and input.
• Own the client experience and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage invoicing, profitability and payments with timely billing.
