Chalhoub Group is seeking a Category Manager to define and lead the offer and purchasing strategy across beauty and lifestyle brands in the UAE. You will shape category plans, merchandising, pricing, and negotiations to drive growth and brand alignment.

The role requires strong English communication, 4+ years in category management, and a passion for beauty products within a luxury retail context. The position is on-site in Dubai with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of Category Management experience.
Background in beauty, make up, and wellness is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the offer and purchasing strategy for product categories and brands.
Formulate department objectives and monitor progress towards strategic goals.
Develop department policies and ensure regulatory and organizational requirements.
Oversee department operations, foster teamwork and high-performance standards.
Monitor annual budget and optimize spend; define store offer strategy in area alignment.
Negotiate commercial agreements and advertising space with brands.
Drive margin growth and achieve budgetary objectives.
Create tools to benchmark performance against competition and peers.
Manage catalogue and optimize product mix at points of sale.
Coordinate new openings or refits with brands, merchandising, and logistics.
