Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced Brand Directors to help train an advanced language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across brand workstreams for consumer or B2B contexts. This remote role offers flexible hours and an attractive hourly rate.

Start ASAP with 5–20 hours per week (more if desired). Compensation is $80/hour, and you will work on your own schedule from anywhere.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading brand strategy or creative direction for a consumer brand, agency, or in-house marketing team.
• Portfolio of shipped campaign creative, brand guidelines, or pitch decks that reflect professional-grade design judgment and narrative craft.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
