Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience handling Represented Bodily Injury claims.
• Experience with Uninsured/Underinsured Bodily Injury claims.
• Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for effective claims evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving single or multiple vehicles resulting in property damage or bodily injury with attorney involvement.
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages.
• Communicate with customers and attorneys via voice, email, and text.
• Negotiate fair injury settlements with all parties involved.
• Perform detailed reviews of damage and interpret policies to determine coverage.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the claims system.
