Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical field or related health discipline.
• 1+ years experience in Insurance, Travel or medical assistance operations.
• Fluency in English is mandatory and Arabic plus those skills are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage tasks related to medical assistance cases and claims.
• Evaluate medical claims per guidelines.
• Coordinate with providers to ensure high service quality.
• Handle inquiries via phone and email from customers and partners.
• Process claims: check policy, eligibility, create claims, follow up on turnaround times.
• Explain claims processes and policy terms to callers.
• Record tasks and monitor productivity and KPIs.
• Attend trainings and participate in departmental activities.
• Work in an AI-enabled environment with data governance and security.
