Simera is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage end-to-end billing processes, ensuring invoices are accurate and issued on time. You will verify pricing, taxes, discounts, and terms while maintaining clean customer records and aging reports.

The role requires strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with Accounts Receivable, Finance, and Sales teams. This position supports remote work in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Experience with billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or similar roles.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and reconciliation.
• Experience using billing or financial management software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify pricing, quantities, taxes, discounts, and payment terms.
• Process adjustments, credits, refunds, and account corrections as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer billing records and balances.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and aging information for management.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries.
• Coordinate with AR, Finance, Sales, and other teams to resolve issues.
