Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years in accounts receivable, billing, or financial operations.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with financial software; exposure to AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile customer invoices with accuracy and timely distribution.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and assist in resolving overdue accounts.
• Assist in developing and implementing new billing/collections processes.
• Prepare regular reports on billings status and key metrics.
• Support month-end close by reconciling Accounts Receivable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on billing inquiries and payments.
