Job summary

Bayt.com is seeking motivated bilingual (Arabic and English) Call Center Agents for a short-term outbound survey project. This fully remote role allows you to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in call center, customer service, telemarketing, or survey interviewing preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to organizations using a provided contact list.
• Present the survey professionally to respondents.
• Guide respondents through the survey and collect responses.
• Record and submit completed survey responses accurately.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and persuasive approach in all interactions.
• Follow project guidelines and quality standards.
