Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or video.
• Provide information on account services and verification requirements.
• Guide customers through identity- and account-verification steps.
• Explain identification documents and processing timelines.
• Verify customer information using secure systems.
• Escalate suspicious activity to the appropriate team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
