Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an Arabic Language Expert for a remote, hourly contractor role to review and generate bilingual training content. You will assess Arabic and English responses for accuracy and clarity, provide expert feedback, and help models produce better explanations.

You should have a Bachelor’s degree and native or near-native Arabic with strong writing across MSA and dialects. English at C1 and 3+ years in translation, localization, or linguistic QA are required.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Arabic proficiency with strong writing and editing skills across Modern Standard Arabic and at least one major dialect.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency.
• 3+ years of professional experience in translation, localization, editorial QA, content quality, or linguistic review.
• Ability to apply detailed rubrics in high-volume, hourly contractor work.
• Experience with AI data training or evaluation workflows preferred.
• Familiarity with Arabic localization conventions for MENA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts in various topics and responses to guide AI learning, ensuring models reflect a comprehensive understanding.
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases across use cases.
