Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking an Arabic Language Expert contractor to review bilingual AI responses and generate high-quality Arabic/English training content. You will assess accuracy, logic, and explanations, and provide expert feedback to improve model performance.

This remote, hourly role targets candidates with strong linguistic QA background and Arabic localization knowledge. The position offers flexible hours and long-term opportunities within our expert network.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Arabic proficiency with writing/editing skills in Modern Standard Arabic and at least one major dialect
• 3+ years in translation, localization, editorial QA, content quality, or linguistic review
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply rubrics in high-volume hourly contractor work
• Excellent fact-checking habits and ability to verify claims using reputable sources
• Ability to identify reasoning gaps and errors even when language is fluent
• Comfort working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
• Prior AI data training, annotation, or evaluation workflow experience preferred
• Familiarity with Arabic localization conventions for MENA preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts and model responses to guide AI learning across topics (English proficiency: C1)
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance (English proficiency: C1)
• Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases and validate reliability across use cases (English proficiency: C1)
