Job summary

Fluency in Arabic and strong English are required, with 5+ years of QA experience and hands-on automation skills using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software QA experience (manual and automation).
• Native or fluent Arabic (reading, writing, listening) and professional working English.
• Experience testing web and mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
• Solid API testing experience (Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, or similar).
• Understanding of agile/Scrum development processes.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, especially Arabic text rendering and dialectal variation.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and regression suites for web and mobile applications across multiple projects.
• Perform functional, usability, localization, and RTL testing for Arabic-language interfaces.
• Validate Arabic content quality in AI outputs, including ASR transcriptions, classifications, and summaries.
• Test REST APIs and backend services using Postman or equivalent tools.
• Build and maintain automated test suites for UI and API layers.
• Log, track, and verify defects through to resolution; work with developers and product owners in Agile environments.
• Participate in UAT cycles with clients and support release readiness sign-off.
• Test data pipelines and platform workflows end-to-end including onboarding, task submission, and data validation flows.
• Contribute to QA process improvement, documentation standards, and quality metrics reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail in evaluating Arabic text rendering and dialectal variation.

Job description

Design, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and regression suites for web and mobile applications across multiple projects

Perform functional, usability, localization, and RTL (right-to-left) layout testing for Arabic-language interfaces

Validate Arabic content quality in AI outputs, including ASR transcriptions, classifications, and summaries — covering MSA, Gulf dialects, and Arabic-English code-switching scenarios

Test REST APIs and backend services (e.g., using Postman or similar tools)

Build and maintain automated test suites for UI and API layers

Log, track, and verify defects through to resolution; work closely with developers and product owners in an agile environment

Participate in UAT cycles with clients and support release readiness sign-off

Test data pipelines and platform workflows end-to-end, including user onboarding, task submission, and data validation flows

Contribute to QA process improvement, test documentation standards, and quality metrics reporting.

Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail, particularly in evaluating Arabic text rendering, diacritics, and dialectal variation

• Experience testing LLM-based or GenAI applications: prompt regression testing, evaluating non-deterministic outputs, hallucination detection,response quality scoring, and guardrail validation
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) and integrating automated tests into them
