Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is seeking a senior data analytics professional to translate data into actionable insights for member engagement and revenue growth. You will build segmentation, personalisation and behavioural outputs, and deliver dashboards that present programme performance to stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data governance, privacy, and collaboration with control functions to ensure compliant and scalable analytics outputs across the Touchpoints business.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science or commercial insight.
• Experience in data monetisation or partner insight delivery within loyalty, financial services, retail, digital or related sectors.
• Data governance and privacy considerations across analytics outputs.

Responsibilities

• Translate data into actionable insights to support member engagement and commercial decisions.
• Develop segmentation, personalisation and behavioural insight outputs for targeted campaigns and offers.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to show programme performance and key indicators.
• Identify opportunities to monetise data insights and support new revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with data owners and control functions to ensure data quality and compliant reporting.
