Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in data science with AI/ML and cloud deployments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; master preferred.
• Advanced Python and ML development.
• Statistical analysis and experimentation.
• Machine Learning and MLOps.
• Generative AI and LLMs.
• Cloud-based ML pipelines (Azure/AWS).
• Data visualization and dashboards.
• DevOps & CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and adoption of high impact Data Science and ML projects across banking domains.
• Translate complex problems into data science solutions with robust, production-ready models.
• Provide technical and strategic insights to business and technology stakeholders.
• Analyse and provide insights on banking products and services for strategic decision-making.
• Leverage DS/ML to enhance banking processes and digital journeys.
• Lead model training, validation, benchmarking, and governance.
