Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank seeks a data-driven Portfolio Manager to maximize portfolio efficiency and drive intervention opportunities across segments. You will partner with Acquiring & Digital to deploy POS propositions and communicate offers using AI-based tools, strengthening leadership in eCommerce and contactless payments.

You will also own activation and retention initiatives, leveraging predictive analytics and managing loyalty CX costs while conducting in-depth portfolio analysis to trigger

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
Proven strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making.
Experience with project management and delivering cross-functional initiatives.
In-depth understanding of Cards P&L and related financial metrics.

Responsibilities

Maximizes portfolio efficiency and ENR spend across segments.
Analyses portfolio trends identifying intervention opportunities.
Collaborates with Acquiring & Digital to drive POS propositions and communicates AI-based offers.
Leads in eCommerce & contactless payments development across merchants and schemes.
Ensures high activation and manages retention using predictive tools and retention schemes.
Manages Loyalty Platform CX costs and engagement strategies.
Performs in-depth portfolio analysis and initiates interventions when needed.
