Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, Looker, or Kibana.
- Strong understanding of observability concepts: logs, metrics, traces, APM tools.
- Deep knowledge of operational KPIs: MTTR, MTBF, MTTD, SLA/SLO, incident trends.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and requirements-gathering abilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop automated dashboards for system health and incident KPIs.
- Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.
- Ensure reporting outputs meet audit and compliance standards.
