Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain / Logistics Coordinator to manage shipments, inventory, and procurement coordination within a fast-paced environment.

You will track KPIs, liaise with suppliers and carriers, prepare documents, and drive process improvements to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.

2–4 years of logistics coordination experience and a related degree are preferred; proficiency with ERP and spreadsheet tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, logistics, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years in logistics coordination or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory, and transportation.
• Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and spreadsheets for data analysis.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle delays, shortages, or shipment issues.
• Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments for on-time delivery and documentation.
• Track inventory levels, reconcile stock, and plan replenishments.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to confirm schedules and resolve issues.
• Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading, customs paperwork.
• Support procurement by coordinating material deliveries and monitoring supplier performance.
• Assist in route planning, freight optimization, and cost-control initiatives.
• Maintain records of shipments, inventory movements, and KPIs.
• Monitor KPIs such as delivery times, order accuracy, and transportation costs.
• Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer service to align logistics.
• Support process improvements and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
