You will collaborate with research and product teams to develop test cases, playbooks, and best practices, driving AI adoption across dynamic business environments.

Responsibilities

• Apply professional experience to evaluate and enhance AI model capabilities within real-world scenarios.
• Design, execute, and iterate agentic workflows that simulate critical professional processes, providing actionable insights for continuous model improvement.
• Pinpoint and analyze reasoning gaps, workflow limitations, and tool-use challenges in AI agent outputs, translating findings into detailed, constructive feedback.
• Develop comprehensive examples, test cases, and operational playbooks derived from your domain expertise and day-to-day professional activities.
• Partner with research and product stakeholders to communicate nuanced domain feedback and influence AI model development.
• Document workflow outcomes and contribute to best-practice libraries for AI agent adoption and enablement.
