Job summary

AppliedAI is seeking an AI Workflow Engineer to deliver, implement, and support AI-powered workflow automation solutions for enterprise clients. This technical, customer-facing role involves hands-on integration, PoCs, and ongoing optimization across environments.

You will work with partners and client technical teams, travel as needed, and contribute to documentation, training, and handover materials to ensure smooth project delivery and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Proven technical background in AI, ML, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on experience with system integrations and APIs (REST, SOAP, webhooks).
• Experience integrating with ERP, CRM, HR, or finance platforms.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a startup environment.
• Willingness to travel for client and partner engagements.
• Eagerness to learn and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation and configuration of AI workflow platform.
• Design and deliver PoCs and pilot projects.
• Integrate with APIs, data connectors, and middleware.
• Work with ERP/CRM to enable data flow.
• Troubleshoot integration issues.
• Collaborate with partner and customer teams on projects.
• Prepare technical docs, guides, and handover materials.
• Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering.
• Stay updated on AI and enterprise integration trends.
