Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in enterprise environments with demonstrable AI-enabled workflow experience.
• Track record designing and implementing AI-powered workflows and integrations across large organizations.
• Familiar with enterprise connectors and AI platforms such as ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex.

Responsibilities

• Examine enterprise processes and identify high-value opportunities for AI-assisted improvement.
• Map current workflows, decision points, information dependencies, delays, and manual effort.
• Design AI-enabled processes that combine automation with appropriate employee review.
• Develop solutions using ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex, or comparable productivity platforms.
• Evaluate workflow behavior for accuracy, consistency, usability, and operational reliability.
• Optimize prompts, context sources, tool calls, exception handling, and approval stages.
• Architect solutions that can operate across varied enterprise technology environments.
• Reduce unnecessary platform dependency through portable workflow and integration patterns.
• Connect AI capabilities with knowledge repositories, collaboration platforms, and business systems.
• Define how enterprise connectors should retrieve, update, and protect organizational information.
• Apply systems thinking to anticipate dependencies and unintended downstream effects.
• Use data to compare baseline performance with results achieved after implementation.
• Measure outcomes such as cycle-time reduction, quality, adoption, throughput, and cost savings.
• Recommend process changes based on evidence rather than isolated demonstrations.
• Support pilots, testing, stakeholder review, controlled deployment, and continuous refinement.
• Guide cross-functional teams on responsible and effective use of generative AI.
• Develop adoption plans, user guidance, training resources, and change communications.
• Coordinate with business, technology, information-security, compliance, and knowledge teams.
• Prepare architecture notes, workflow documentation, implementation case studies, and impact reports.
• Present recommendations and results clearly to executive and operational stakeholders.
