Job summary

eClinical Solutions is seeking an experienced AI engineering leader to design and deploy agentic AI workflows across enterprise functions. You will build production-grade systems, including multi-agent workflows and RAG-based applications.

You will prototype rapidly, validate deployments using LangChain tools, and translate business problems into lightweight architectures. You will mentor a small team of AI engineers and help shape the data intelligence strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 6–10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM systems and deploying LLM-powered apps.
• Proficiency in Python and API development.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven experience with agentic workflows and automation in production.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy agentic AI workflows and automation across enterprise functions.
• Build production-grade systems including multi-agent workflows and RAG apps.
• Prototype, validate, and deploy solutions using AI tools like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex.
• Translate business problems into working AI systems with light architectures.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies, orchestration logic, and API integrations.
• Create reusable assets such as prompt templates and agent design patterns.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a small AI engineering team.
