Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a RevOps Systems Architect to build a modern, AI-powered revenue operations stack. You’ll act as a Salesforce admin and backend developer, owning platform administration, building automations, and integrating AI tooling with CRM.

You’ll work with the engineering team on larger projects and design data pipelines that feed dashboards and reporting. This remote role welcomes global applicants with optional office work in select cities.

Qualifications

• Salesforce administration experience with the object model, Flows, data loading tools, and configuration.
• Strong Apex development skills: custom logic, triggers, integrations without heavy reliance on other teams.
• SQL proficiency with complex joins, aggregations, and pipeline logic.
• Systems mindset: end-to-end process view; trace fields through downstream dependencies.
• Interest in building AI-native systems, Salesforce, MCP, and AI agents intersections.

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce org: object model, data architecture, user configuration, platform health.
• Build automations via Salesforce Flows, Apex, and custom services for GTM processes.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling extending CRM functionality.
• Design and maintain SQL-based data pipelines for dashboards and revenue reporting.
• Translate business problems into technical scope from stakeholder discussions to solutions.
