Job summary

Tether seeks a seasoned Product Manager for its QV.AC vision, turning AI concepts into user-ready features across on-device platforms. You will partner with Product Lead, translate vague ideas into clear requirements, and guide engineering and design from discovery through delivery.

You bring 7+ years in AI-enabled product management, strong judgment for usability and scope, and proven ability to ship prototypes.

Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience, ideally with AI software and technical teams.
Experience building, shipping, or prototyping AI-powered features.
Understanding of inference, model capabilities, and on-device AI.
Ability to translate ambiguous ideas into clear problems and requirements.
Strong product judgment focused on usability and measurable value.
Experience with prototypes using design or coding tools.
Proven ability to discuss trade-offs with engineers and non-technical colleagues.
Experience in distributed/remote team environments.

Responsibilities

Shape AI features with the Product Lead, translating the QV.AC vision into concrete use cases and product requirements.
Gather user feedback and research to identify problems AI can solve in daily workflows.
Write product briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and flows for engineering and design.
Prototype wireframes and working prototypes to test ideas and refine interactions.
Collaborate with engineers to evaluate feasibility across devices and models and assess privacy impact.
Support prioritization and planning to maintain a focused backlog.
Drive feature delivery from discovery to release readiness.
Stay updated on AI developments and advise which technologies are worth testing.
