Job summary

Tether seeks a Product Engineering Lead for QV.AC, an on-device AI assistant that runs locally with no cloud dependency. You will lead engineering and product collaboration, shaping features for reliable performance on-device while aligning with product strategy.

Direct reporting to the CTO, you’ll mentor leads and drive rapid, high-quality shipping of consumer AI-powered experiences. You’ll balance technical leadership with product sense, partner with PMs, and push for practical AI solutions

Qualifications

• Experience managing engineers who ship consumer AI-powered apps.

Responsibilities

• Engineering: run the app and feature teams, unblock, review, and maintain shipping cadence; uphold a high engineering bar for performance and APIs; own design and API surface between AI core and app.
