Job summary

Tether seeks a Product Manager for its QV.AC AI initiative, guiding AI features from discovery to delivery. You will work with product leads and engineers to identify valuable use cases, define AI features, and shape practical, on-device AI products.

You will leverage your experience turning complex AI concepts into usable solutions, coordinating with design and engineering to ship features that improve privacy-conscious, local AI experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally on AI software products with technical engineering teams.
• Practical experience building, shipping, or prototyping AI-powered features.
• Working understanding of AI concepts (inference, model capabilities/limitations, context, evaluation).
• Ability to translate ambiguous ideas into clear user problems, solutions and requirements.
• Strong product judgment with usability and value focus.
• Prototyping using design or coding tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication for technical trade-offs.
• Proactive, collaborative approach and feedback incorporation.
• Familiarity with product analytics, user research, and iterative software development.

Responsibilities

• Shape AI features with the Product Lead: translate the vision into concrete use cases and requirements.
• Understand users and their problems; gather feedback and research usage in workflows.
• Turn ideas into clear specifications: briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria, flows.
• Prototype and explore: wireframes, mockups, and working prototypes; employ AI tools as needed.
• Collaborate on technical trade-offs: assess feasibility across devices/models and impact on user experience.
• Support prioritization and planning: clarify scope, dependencies, and backlog alignment.
• Drive feature delivery from discovery to release readiness with teams.
• Stay updated on AI developments and advise on what to test or adopt.
