Job summary

Tether Operations Limited in Dubai is seeking a senior product manager to shape AI features and translate the QV AC vision into concrete use cases, requirements, and briefs. You will ground ideas in user research, prototype concepts, and guide cross‑functional teams across engineering and design.

You will advocate for feasibility, performance, privacy and user value while steering a focused backlog and release readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience on AI software products.
• Experience building, shipping, or prototyping AI-powered features.
• Understanding of AI concepts: inference, models, context, evaluation; interest in on-device AI.
• Ability to translate ambiguous ideas into clear user problems, solutions, and requirements.
• Strong product judgment focusing on usability, scope, and user value.
• Clear written and verbal communication; capable of discussing technical trade-offs with engineers.
• Collaborative, proactive approach; comfortable taking responsibility and incorporating feedback.
• Familiarity with product analytics, user research, and iterative software development.
• Preferred: experience with local AI, on-device inference, or open-source models.
• Experience building AI assistants, conversational interfaces, or multimodal features.
• Familiarity with desktop or mobile product development.
• Understanding of peer-to-peer technologies and decentralized apps.
• Experience evaluating AI output quality and designing UX around uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Translate QV AC vision into concrete use cases, feature proposals and product requirements.
• Gather user needs research and hands-on experimentation to ground ideas.
• Write product briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria and flows for engineering & design.
• Prototype and explore with wireframes and mockups to test concepts.
• Collaborate with engineers on feasibility across devices and models.
• Assess impact on response quality, latency, memory, battery, and privacy.
• Support prioritization, scope, dependencies and backlog alignment.
• Drive feature delivery from concept to release readiness across teams.
• Stay informed on AI developments and explain relevance to QV AC.
