Job summary

Concentrix in Dubai is seeking an AI Platform Training & Onboarding Specialist for the Contact Center. The role involves delivering onsite and remote onboarding, practical workshops, and demonstrations to help enterprise clients use AI creative platforms and media workflows.

The Trainer II will mentor Program Ready Trainers, review curriculum, and evaluate training programs. A Bachelor’s degree plus 2–4 years of experience is preferred, with strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field with 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in software/product training, customer onboarding, or digital content creation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and remote onboarding and training sessions.
• Teach users how to navigate AI platforms and write prompts.
• Prepare and present training materials with demonstrations and hands-on activities.
• Monitor and report training performance metrics and learner progress.
• Troubleshoot usage and output-quality issues and escalate when needed.
• Update demonstrations and training materials as platform features evolve.
