Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Customer Success Architect to deepen relationships with strategic customers, align the platform with business outcomes, and drive long-term value. You will partner with customers to map their objectives to GitLab capabilities, guide adoption, and collaborate with Product, Support and Services to resolve escalations.

You will own a book of strategic accounts, lead onboarding, and develop Success Plans with clear KPIs while staying current on product releases.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or account management delivering value to enterprise customers.
• Ability to align product capabilities with customer business outcomes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus and travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to translate pre-sales plans into actionable objectives.
• Know the GitLab platform and best practices to guide customers.
• Lead adoption journeys and build Customer Success Plans with measurable goals.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams (Product, Support, Services).
• Own a portfolio of customers, driving adoption, retention and growth.
• Stay current with GitLab releases and provide onboarding activities.
• Identify training opportunities and support account escalations.
