Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced data analysts to train an advanced language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across dashboards and reports, delivering clear, decision-ready narratives for stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data quality, self-serve analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. The position offers flexible hours (5–20 hours per week) with fully remote work and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and maintaining BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and self-serve analytics for business stakeholders
• Fluency in SQL and at least one BI/visualization tool with a proven track record of turning raw data into clear, decision-ready business narratives
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Build BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and self-serve analytics for business stakeholders
• Create data-driven narratives and support executive KPI decks and monthly performance reports
• Provide governance and quality checks for data and reporting pipelines
