Equiti Group is seeking an Affiliate Lead - Digital Acquisition based in Dubai. The role drives the affiliate channel to grow funded accounts and trading volume, overseeing recruitment, negotiation, performance monitoring, and compliance within a regulated trading environment.

The position requires strong commercial and performance marketing experience, plus deep knowledge of CFDs, FX, crypto or iGaming affiliate ecosystems. A dynamic, results-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in affiliate marketing within CFDs, FX, Online Trading, Crypto or iGaming.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a scalable affiliate strategy aligned with revenue targets.
• Build and expand a diversified partner portfolio including affiliates, influencers and comparison platforms.
• Negotiate contracts and align incentives for profitable partnerships.
• Own KPI tracking and performance forecasting across CPA, RevShare and LTV.
