Job summary

GYMREBEL is a fast-growing fitness apparel brand seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong Shopify, paid advertising, and e-commerce growth experience. The role focuses on attracting qualified traffic, improving conversions, and turning campaigns into measurable sales.

If you have experience in growing Shopify stores and scaling DTC brands, we want to hear from you. This is a remote, full-time role with competitive pay and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Shopify stores.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
• Proven experience growing or scaling DTC/e-commerce brands.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to interpret marketing performance data and turn insights into action.
• Experience with fitness, sportswear, or apparel brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Shopify store.
• Improve conversions and customer experience across the site.
• Plan and run paid advertising across Meta and TikTok.
• Develop campaigns for new product launches and promotions.
• Set up and optimize email marketing and retargeting campaigns.
• Monitor performance with key metrics and analytics.
• Identify winning campaigns and scale them profitably.
• Collaborate with the creative team to craft effective ads.

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in Shopify, paid advertising, and e-commerce growth. The ideal candidate understands how to attract qualified traffic, improve conversions, and turn marketing campaigns into measurable sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize the Shopify store
• Improve website conversion rates, customer experience, and overall store performance
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok
• Develop and execute campaigns for new product launches, promotions, and product drops
• Set up and optimize email marketing, customer retention, and retargeting campaigns
• Monitor campaign and store performance using relevant metrics and analytics
• Identify winning campaigns and scale them profitably
• Work closely with the creative team to develop effective advertising content

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and optimizing Shopify stores
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads
• Strong understanding of e-commerce conversion optimization (CRO)
• Proven experience growing or scaling*DTC/e-commerce brands
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making
• Ability to interpret marketing performance data and turn insights into action
• Experience working with product-based brands is preferred
• Experience with fitness, sportswear, or apparel brands is a strong advantage
