Job summary

Prop Firm Match Global FZCO, a fully remote team serving traders worldwide, seeks an Affiliate Manager to build and optimize an affiliate channel that drives measurable traffic, conversions, and revenue. You will negotiate terms, monitor deal economics, and collaborate with Analytics, Marketing, and leadership to scale partnerships across priority markets.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in affiliate, influencer, or partnerships role with end-to-end deal sourcing and negotiation.
Fluent professional English with strong written and verbal skills.
Strong AI proficiency, including using automations to improve outreach, tracking, or reporting.
Working knowledge of contract tools like Docusign and scheduling tools like Calendly.
Proficient with Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack for documentation and collaboration.
Clear, direct communication and ability to present deal terms and performance updates.

Responsibilities

Build and activate a productive affiliate portfolio across priority regions and partners.
Negotiate commission structures, fees, placements, deliverables, tracking, and review points.
Model cost and return before committing spend and renewing or exiting deals.
Ensure tracking, attribution, and reporting meet requirements and are reconciled with internal data.
