Job summary

Crimson Education is seeking an enthusiastic Frontline Admissions Associate to be the first contact for inbound leads and potential clients across Crimson Middle East and Turkey, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. You will qualify inquiries, provide resources, and support engagement with Crimson programs.

Join a high‑performing team and coordinate meetings with Academic Advisors and Country Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or Customer Success.
• Experience in university admissions (US & UK prioritized) preferred.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Professionalism, time and stress management, confidence and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Make calls and respond to enquiries from leads to qualify them for the sales process and ensure data is accurately entered in Salesforce.
• Update lead records and track progress through the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
• Track Crimson events and reach out to event leads.
• Schedule meetings for leads with Crimson’s Academic Advisors and Country Manager.
• Plan and run local events to increase brand awareness for Crimson.
• Maintain positive customer interactions and relationships for Crimson.
• Continuously improve sales techniques and knowledge of the industry.
• Engage in outreach activities such as school talks and career expos.
