Job summary

Crimson Education in Dubai is seeking a proactive, customer-focused professional to be the first point of contact for inbound leads across Crimson programs in the Middle East and Turkey.

You will manage, qualify, and nurture warm leads in Salesforce, coordinate meetings with Academic Advisors and the Country Manager, and contribute to events to boost brand awareness. This role offers a flexible, global work environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or customer success roles.
• Experience with university admissions is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Professionalism, time and stress management, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Make and respond to inquiries to qualify leads for Crimson's sales process.
• Update and track lead movements in Salesforce through the sales pipeline.
• Plan and execute local events to raise brand awareness for Crimson.
• Schedule meetings for leads with Academic Advisors and Country Manager.
• Engage in outreach activities such as school talks and career expos.
