Job summary

Rising Stars Program seeks an Acoustic Hardware Engineer / Electroacoustic Specialist for a fully remote, part-time role. The candidate will design and optimize electroacoustic hardware including speakers, microphones, and related components, collaborating with electrical, DSP, and mechanical teams to deliver high-quality audio products.

The role requires 3+ years in acoustics or electroacoustics, a relevant degree, and strong measurement and analysis skills.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of acoustic principles and electroacoustic transducers.
Experience with loudspeakers, microphones, and audio systems.
Familiarity with acoustic measurement equipment and analysis tools.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Design electroacoustic hardware including speakers, microphones, and transducers.
Define acoustic requirements based on product goals and user experience.
Conduct acoustic measurements, testing, and performance analysis.
Collaborate with electrical, DSP, and mechanical teams throughout development.
Develop test procedures, specifications, and engineering documentation.
