Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic computer applications and operations.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at Counter/Lobby and thank them for their business.
• Provide service to Retail and Commercial customers as per ARIE standards.
• Communicate regulations and norms regarding transactions professionally.
• Provide advice about ARIE products and services as necessary.
• Achieve minimum wait time and serve time and reduce TAT continuously.
• Guide customers to relevant departments for queries and deals.
• Maintain optimal profit margins for transactions.
• Solicit referrals and initiate cross-selling opportunities.
• Convert walk-in customers to IntroCard holders.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer base, transaction numbers and revenue per transaction.
