Job summary

Al Rostamani International Exchange LLC in Dubai is seeking a Cashier/Teller to process remittances, cash and related transactions with accuracy and compliance. You will assist Retail and Commercial customers, explain ARIE products, and support service standards with a focus on timely, error-free operations.

The role requires at least 2 years of cash handling experience, strong communication and math skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent in any related field.
• Experience as Cashier/Teller preferred.
• Prior high-volume cash handling is an asset.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC basics is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at counter and provide service per ARIE standards.
• Handle foreign currency, remittances and other transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain till balance and report any cash anomalies.
• Inform customers about ARIE products and services.
• Aim to reduce wait and service times while ensuring compliance.
