Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/automation/mechatronics or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years in industrial automation and metal stamping, bending and welding industries.
- Experience with cam-controlled machines is a plus (e.g., Bihler, Wafios, Finzer).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies for mechanical systems to ensure equipment reliability and production continuity.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA, A3, 5 Why) for mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
- Define and optimize maintenance plans, inspection routines, lubrication, wear-part replacement, and overhaul intervals.
- Collaborate with production, toolmaking and engineering teams to improve machine stability and process performance.
- Provide technical support to maintenance technicians and coordinate with external partners for upgrades.
