Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank in Dubai is seeking a Relationship Officer for uBank (UAE Nationals Only). You will engage customers, handle transactions and promote banking solutions to boost satisfaction and growth. Candidates should have at least 3 years in banking or customer service and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Support uBank services by managing customer interactions and promoting banking solutions.
• Execute banking transactions and respond to inquiries to ensure service quality.
• Identify new sales leads and cross-sell to grow wallet share.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory requirements to ensure risk mitigation.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate to relevant teams.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on interactions and transactions.
• Follow policies and procedures to maintain service standards.
• Manage self in line with Bank people management policies.
• Demonstrate ADCB Service Standards in all interactions.

About the business area

The Retail Banking Group (RBG) supports retail and micro‑business customers in managing their finances, through expert advice and the provision of a full suite of specialist products and services in conventional and Shari'ah compliant banking. In this role, your key responsibilities include :

• To support the delivery of uBank services by managing customer interactions, executing transactions and promoting banking solutions in order to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth
• Execute banking transactions and respond to customer inquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service quality
• Identify new sales leads and relationship development opportunities with cross sell, upsell and retention in order to contribute to the improvement of market and customer share of wallet with the Bank
• Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure risk mitigation and operational integrity
• Identify and resolve customer issues or escalate to relevant teams to ensure timely and effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on customer interactions and transactions to support performance tracking
• Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders
• Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance
• Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions

The ideal candidate should have the following experience

• At least 3 years of experience in banking or customer service role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Candidate should be flexible to working in mall/ shift branches with two shifts
  • Morning shift (9:45 AM - 4:00 PM)
  • Evening shift (3:45 PM - 10:00 PM)
• uBank operating days is 7 days a week (Including Sunday)
• Day-off once in a week

Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 15000 - AED 25000 per month plus incentives. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.
