ROLE OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing portfolio management company seeking highly driven Relationship Managers (RMs) for a hardcore sales role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and other relationship-driven channels.
• Build a pipeline of prospective clients interested in wealth management services.

Meeting Scheduling

• Set up meetings with qualified prospects to pitch the company's offerings.

Sales Target Achievement

• Drive sales to achieve an annual revenue target through new client acquisitions.
• Meet monthly revenue targets based on the overall goal.

Relationship Management

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Provide excellent post-sales support and regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have 4–5 years of recent experience in a wealth management firm.
• Must have an established client book.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
