KinFitz & Co. in Dubai seeks a senior leader to own and grow a reinsurance and MGA platform. You will leverage your existing relationships with brokers and insurers to secure placements and drive expansion of the proprietary property binder.

You will lead from the front, meeting clients, managing distribution, and shaping the DIFC operation with support from a knowledgeable team and the group’s technical back‑bone. Ownership mindset and proven regional connections are essential.

Qualificações

• Reinsurance broking or underwriting experience in the UAE or wider region.
• Established relationships with UAE and regional insurers, and with reinsurers or capacity providers.
• Ownership mindset and comfort working without big-firm structure.
• Binder, MGA or delegated authority experience is a strong advantage.

• Working both sides of the market, with cedants and with reinsurers and capacity providers
• Leading distribution of the property binder and lifting conversion on incoming enquiries

Are you a reinsurance broker or underwriter with your own relationships and track record, ready to run a business rather than sit in someone else’s?

Our client is a DFSA-regulated reinsurance and MGA business, part of a well-established Dubai broking group with deep reinsurance expertise at its leadership level. The entity holds its own property binder for industrial, warehouse and manufacturing risks, a class many local insurers avoid, and already receives a steady flow of enquiries. With strong insurer and broker relationships across the group, it is now looking for a senior leader to drive the business's next phase of growth.

What do you need?

• Reinsurance broking or underwriting experience in the UAE or wider region
• Established relationships with UAE and regional insurers, and with reinsurers or capacity providers
• A personal track record of business you have placed or written
• Strength in property and non-medical lines, ideally industrial risks
• Binder, MGA or delegated authority experience is a strong advantage
• DIFC or DFSA experience is a plus
• Ownership mindset and comfort working without big-firm structure
