Aldar Education is seeking a Registrar to support enrolment and registration activities across its network of schools in Abu Dhabi. You will manage applications, enrolments and registrations while ensuring compliance with ADEK requirements and school procedures.

The role involves coordinating assessments, maintaining fostering accurate student information, and delivering a professional experience to families, with emphasis on data accuracy and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Previous Registrar or Admissions experience within the education sector.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a customer-focused role within the region.
• Strong eSIS and student affairs experience.
• Previous data management experience.
• Experience handling student enrolment and registration processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage accurate application, enrolment and registration data so current figures are available daily.
• Meet enrolled parents and explain registration procedures, curriculum information, fee structures and applicable ADEK regulations.
• Ensure required registration documentation is completed accurately.
• Respond promptly and professionally to registration enquiries received by telephone and email.
• Coordinate the student assessment process with the academic team where required.
• Maintain registration files for new and existing students.
• Manage waiting lists where applicable and provide parents with timely updates regarding application status.
• Keep current with ADEK regulations and ensure compliance throughout enrolment and registration.
• Represent Aldar Education's standards when communicating with prospective parents.
