Job summary

Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide patient-centered care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. You will ensure safety, manage risks and contribute to a positive patient experience under nursing leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, at least two years of experience in the home country, and good Arabic and English communication skills. UAE experience is a plus; hospital duties are on-site.

Qualifications

• Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Two years of experience in own country is essential.
• UAE experience would be beneficial.
• Basic Arabic language skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent/verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Provide and coordinate patient-centric and evidence based nursing care by ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

1. Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation
2. Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation
3. Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership
4. Create and contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence by actively supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing employees

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
