Job summary

Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking a qualified nurse to provide patient-centric care and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes safety, evidence-based practice, and learning through mentoring junior staff.

Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with valid BLS and NRP certificates; at least two years' nursing experience in the applicant’s country. UAE experience is a plus, with proficiency in English and basic Arabic required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current BLS and NRP certifications.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience in home country.
• UAE experience is a plus.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Provide and coordinate patient-centric and evidence based nursing care by ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation
• Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership
• Create and contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence by actively supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing employees

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

valid BLS and NRP certificate

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential: At least two years in own country

Desired:UAE experience would be beneficial

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Basic Arabic language skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards
